What this tells you, and what it doesn't
A valid 402 proves the door works. It does not prove the service delivers what it advertises — that takes actually buying the thing, which is a separate job and one we do by hand. Treat a green result as "this is reachable and speaks the protocol," never as "this is good."
Absence from our list is not a verdict against a service either. gold-402 is a curated shelf, not a census. Plenty of working endpoints have simply never been submitted.
