I paid but didn't get a result
Check the request ID in the API response. Contact us with that ID and we'll investigate. If the service failed on our end, you get a full refund.
The AI output was wrong
AI analysis is advisory. If the output was clearly broken or empty, contact us for a refund. If you disagree with the analysis, that's the nature of AI -- we'll review it case by case.
How do I get a refund?
Email [email protected] with your request ID within 24 hours. x402 refunds go to the wallet that paid. Stripe refunds go to the original card.
Is my code safe?
Your code is processed by Claude's API and not permanently stored by us. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
Can I get a receipt?
Every API response includes a request ID. x402 payments have an on-chain transaction hash you can verify on any Base block explorer. Stripe will email a receipt automatically.
