A human read this entry. That is the one thing true of everything on the list. Beyond that: the endpoint answered an x402 request when we knocked it, on the date shown. That date is the claim — not a word, a date. None of it is a delivery test. We have not paid for this and graded what came back, so read it as "we checked what is stated above," never as "this is worth the money."
PDFs and x402-tolled pages, returned as clean Markdown. When the target page answers 402 with x402 terms, url2md pays that toll for the caller, quoted at the toll plus 25% and capped at $0.05. JavaScript-rendered pages and ordinary HTML go through the same conversion engine. Follows robots.txt per RFC 9309. $0.005 USDC on Base via the Coinbase CDP facilitator.
